Terms and Conditions

The prices quoted are for stays of 4 nights and include VAT, electricity and gas. In addition, the Autonomous Province of €3.20 per person per day. This does not apply to children up to the age of 14 years.

Arrival and departure

  • Check in: from 3 pm on the day of arrival
  • Check out: before 10 am on the day of departure

In case of late arrival or early departure the apartment/room will be charged for the booked period.

Reservations and cancellations

The booking is considered binding after receipt of the deposit (approx. 30%) and our written reservation confirmation. The deposit can be paid either by credit card or by bank transfer.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.

You are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the deposit will be retained by the accommodation provider.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days before the date of arrival, a contractual penalty of 100% of the booked services will be charged.

Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code).

In order to be on the safe side when it comes to holidays and to avoid any costs arising in the event of cancellation due to illness, we recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
