EQUIPMENT AND GENERAL TERMS OF TRADE
OUR RESIDENCE HAS:
- A lift, a dining/sitting room, private car park, garden with children's playground, ski room with lockers and ski boot dryer.
ALL OUR APARTMENTS ARE FURNISHED IN SOLID WOOD AND HAVE:
- Bedroom, living room with kitchenette, sofa, shower/bathroom, toilet, bidet, balcony, TV and satellite TV, direct-link telephone, oven, fridge, safe, bed linen and bath towels, kitchenware.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
- Wellness-area: Finnish sauna, turkish bad, experience shower, relax-area.
- Fresh bread and milk in the morning (product not included)
- Guestcard which allows discounts on the excursions organized by the Tourist Board, 1 restaurant and 1 ski rental service.
- Ski bus shuttle to the ski lifts
ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND SUPPLEMENTS:

- Coin-operated washing machine in the common laundry room
- Supplement of 6,00 for single rooms
- Supplement for stays shorter than 3 days: 5,00

GENERAL TERMS OF TRADE:
- The prices listed are valid for stays of at least 3 days and include VAT, electricity, gas and taxes.
- The apartments and guestrooms are available from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival and have to be vacated by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure.
- In order to book a deposit is required. It will not be refunded should you cancel your booking
- Should you arrive later or depart earlier than booked, the full price of the stay will be charged.
- There may be slight differences between the descriptions of the main types on the leaflets and the apartments.
- Small variations are possible.
