Our Residence provides:
- A lift, a dining/sitting room, Wellness centre, private car park, garden with children's playground, Hot open-air whirlpool, barbecue, ski room with lockers and ski boot dryer.
- Bedroom, living room with kitchenette, sofa, shower/bathroom, toilet, bidet, hair-dryer, balcony, crockery, dishwasher, linen, satellite TV, telefone, hair-dryer, fridge and safe.
- Wellness-area: Finnish sauna, Turkish bad, experience-shower, Kneipp-shower, hot open-air whirlpool and a relax area.
- Fresh bread and milk in the morning (products not included)

General terms of trade
- The prices listed are valid for stays of at least 3 days and include VAT, electricity, gas and taxes.
- The apartments and guestrooms are available from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival and have to be vacated by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure.
- In order to book a deposit is required. It will not be refunded should you cancel your booking
- Should you arrive later or depart earlier than booked, the full price of the stay will be charged.
- There may be slight differences between the descriptions of the main types on the leaflets and the apartments.
- Small variations are possible.
